How It Works
Every unit is sourced, tested, and rebuilt in-house at our Montreal facility before it ever ships to a client.
Selection
We source commercial-grade units exclusively from institutional manufacturers like Precor, Life Fitness, and Keiser, selected for durability, parts availability, and heavy-use reliability.
Inspection
Each unit arrives at our 20,000 sq ft Montreal facility where technicians test consoles, electronics, motors, and moving parts to detect any anomalies from prior use.
Replacement
Any part showing over 20% wear is replaced. Kevlar belts, treadmill decks, and batteries are swapped on every machine. Bearings, chains, and pulleys are cleaned, lubricated, and replaced as needed.
Restoration
Frames and plastic covers are fully disassembled, sandblasted, and repainted in our professional paint booth, restoring each unit to a like-new appearance.
Testing
After refurbishment, every unit undergoes a full performance test. Each piece is certified to meet our standards for reliability, functionality, and aesthetics before leaving the facility.
After-Sales
Every reconditioned unit includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. Service calls are covered, and clients have access to our in-house team or accredited technician support beyond that radius.
